Today is a saturday. What if I try to make a compilation of e-complains that are out there on the net for The Malaysian Civil Service.
You can also join me to add your finds.
http://www.wildlife.gov.my/e_aduan/aduan.htm
This first one is called e-Aduan (e-Complaint)
owned by Jabatan Perlindungan Hidupan Liar dan Taman Negara (PERHILITAN)
(Department of Wildlife and National Park) in Malaysia
http://e-aduan.kpdnhep.gov.my/
The next one is owned by Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna (Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs). it comes in both English and Malay language.
http://cakna.terengganu.gov.my/login.php
The third is a public complain system for the state of Terengganu.
The Trengganu system is simple yet effective.
It is simply devided into Category, State Constituency, Mukim, and Village plus the description of the complain form.
I have to continue some other time.

How Big is the web? January 2007
BIG, really BIG. Mind boggling BIG.
Search engines like Google read through all this information and create an index of it. The index allows a search engine to take a query from users and show all the pages on the web that match it.

I visited pravda today and posted this
"Alif Laam Raa. A book which we have revealed to you (Muhammad) so that you may lead the people from out of the darknesses into the light by their Lord's leave to the path of the All-Mighty, the Praiseworthy." [Qur'an 14:1]
wonder what the respond would be.
Have not been there for quite a long time, many regulars are still there.

We had to stop to take this
We did not really plan this. We had to use the time sharing facility that was not used and since it was holiday season, so the only one available was in Cherating.
So we took it. I had never been to Sungai Lembing, so we took the opportunity to explore it.
Yes, there is a pretty neat, the mines museum, the town looks like we were thrown back 30 - 40 years back in time and the beautiful river.
On the way back we stopped at this point just to capture it digitally, and the more I look at it the more mystery it reveals.
The flood as the result of development and having no escape route, the water turns dark and slowly kills the larger trees while a new ecosystem of watery plants starts colonising this new habitat.

Sharing a small tip
here is one that I found recently at http://www.kk.org/cooltools/archives/001533.php
Keeping paintbrushes soft
Here is a much simpler way to keep paintbrushes soft, especially between coats: Don't clean them, put them in a plastic bag, and put them in the freezer. You can start painting with them right away, and when you are done, just put them in again. Eventually, you want to clean them (if you are changing colors, for instance) but I have had paintbrushes in the freezer for months and they are just fine when you take them out again.

Just a neat little find
Once a while someone thinks of something and works out what is needed to make it happen. Today I found this site called the Long Time Lost and it could be one of the neat ideas that could be very useful, if it catches on. And maybe one way to help that happen is to spread the news to other friends.
The little note on the main page still says...
Thanks for helping us with our beta!Long Time Lost is currently in beta... so please be gentle!
